1. What this site is

Solar Funding USA operates an information and referral website. We are not a solar installer, contractor, utility, lender, credit broker, insurer or government agency.

2. No advice

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial or engineering advice. Incentive rules change and depend on your circumstances. Consult a qualified professional.

3. Information and accuracy

We source figures from regulators, utilities and statutes and cite them. Rules change, sometimes at short notice. We update this site but cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

4. Referrals

If you submit an enquiry we may pass your details to a licensed installer. Any contract you enter is between you and that company. We are not a party to it and have no liability under it.

5. Your submissions

You confirm that information you provide is accurate, that you are 18 or over, and that you are the subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you give us.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, use automated means to submit forms, or attempt to interfere with the site.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from any installation carried out by a third party.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of laws rules.
